Due to the end of school, the 5th Year Apprentice Contest and all the prep for the banquet etc., the only training to be held in May is as follows:

ALUMINUM WELDING CLASSES

There will be 2-sets of pre-qualification classes held on:

	Tuesday	May    20	(Albq. Training Center)	6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
	Wednesday	May    21	(Albq. Training Center)	6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
	Thursday	May    22	(Albq. Training Center)	6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
	Tuesday	May    27	(Albq. Training Center)	6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
	Wednesday	May    28	(Albq. Training Center)	6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
	Thursday	May    29	(Albq. Training Center)	6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

There is room for 10 experienced TIG welders in each course.

This training is for persons interested in working at the Uranium Enrichment Facility in Eunice, New Mexico

A MESSAGE FROM JATC

The Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee is currently accepting applications for the position of Assistant Training Coordinator.  Qualifications for the position are three (3) years of instructing at the Plumbers & Pipefitters Training Center and a Certified Welding Inspector Certification.  All interested parties please submit your resume to the attention of David W. Montaño/Training Coordinator at the Plumbers & Pipefitters Training Center, 411 Arizona SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108.

ENROLLMENT:

Contact the training Center at 505 256-9257 between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday to request a registration form.

Complete the registration form and attach a check or money order in the amount of $25, made payable to JATC.

Please Note: The $25 is a deposit for the class/test you are signing up for. The deposit will be refunded upon completion of the presently enrolled class.

NOTE:

Until the deposit and registration form are received you are not scheduled for a class/test. All classes/tests are on a first come, first serve basis.
